The Watkins Glen Police Department reports a series of misdemeanor arrests in the Village.
– Marc A. Ciccone, 28, of Watkins Glen was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on August 2nd. He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
– Penny L. Luongo, 58, of Watkins Glen was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on August 3rd. She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
– Austin N. Dennis, 26, of Watkins Glen was charged with failure to keep right, DWI, and driving with a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher following a traffic stop on August 4th. He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
All court action is scheduled for Watkins Glen Village Court.
